Solid Bog Oak Salvaged End Grain Wood

Our 'Empreinte' collection breathes new life into rare and forgotten woods, with the Solid Bog Oak End-Grain evoking the distant past. Submerged in lakes for millennia, this oak was deprived of light and oxygen, resulting in a deep, dark hue enriched by tannins from the acidic waters. The wood's subtle and varied shades create a truly unique character. The exceptional end-grain design gives the Bog Oak a distinctive style. Its natural tones highlight the wood's cracks and splits, adding depth and authenticity. The eco-friendly, water-based invisible oil finish preserves the oak's natural beauty. Our commitment to quality and sustainability drives our meticulous sourcing process, prioritizing short supply chains. Dedicated to environmental stewardship, we emphasize upcycling and the preservation of our natural surroundings.
